Our legal troubles continue to mount. While driving through unincorporated Gotham County, Sheriffs Deputy Goodbody cited us for failure to yield at a short skirt and exceeding the posted 69 mile an hour speed limit. How were we to know?

Miss Goodbody then proceeded to do a comprehensive vehicle inspection (right). We understand criminals from all the surrounding jurisdictions have swarmed to this rural area in hopes of being handcuffed and told they have been naughty boys.

There’s a first time for everything. This weekend the Bat computer was on the blink and we had done run out of parts. Not to worry, the good folks at our local Apple store stepped into the lurch and got us back up and running. When they asked if we would like help getting out to the car, we said sure. Naturally, the Batmobile proved to be popular as always.

Holy heart failure, indeed! Gotham City Motors’ story can now be found on the fan pages of Burt Ward, a.k.a. Robin from the 1966 TV show. Sure, a Nobel prize would be nice, but it just couldn’t compare to this honor. Thanks for thinking of us, Burt!!

Left and right: Tall, dark and behind a cowl, that’s always a crowd pleaser with the ladies. But it’s not all social hour for our heroes. Batman and Robin also took time to present some “Spirit of Batman” awards between short stacks. Thanks to all those who stopped by the port-a-cave.

The Dynamic Duo was delighted to entertain the crowned heads of Maricopa County at the Make-A-Wish “Pancakes and Pajamas” party. We were skeptical about that sticky syrup getting all over our sleep wear, but it was delicious and mess was kept to a minimum. A walk and 5K raised some funds for kids in need. We were happy to slide down the Bat Poles at an obscenely early hour to be of service.

In his capacity as a member of Pack 107, young Mr. Bruce Wayne participated in this past weekend’s Boy Scout Pine Box Derby. The rules go on and on about height, weight and so on, but make no mention of the use of atomic batteries. It was tough finding one that small (you can get ANYTHING on Ebay), but once in hand, victory was assured. Check out the thrilling conclusion below...

We were pleased to be part of Scottsdale Sunrise Rotary’s Special Day for Special KIds. By our count, something like 400 kids sat in the Batmobile. We have never, however, seen anybody quite so at ease and at home behind the wheel as our new pal Vincent (left). OK, sure, there was that unfortunate incident with Aquaman when he had one too many at the Justice League Christmas party, but that’s like comparing apples to oranges.

It was a great day and we were pleased to be there. Thanks to all who made it possible.

We threw the keys to our new buddy Jerry “The King” Lawler of WWE fame. The crowd surrounding his hotel went wild as he plucked young Isabelle from obscurity and thrust her into the limelight for a drive through central Phoenix. We thought her Dad was going to need hospitalization.

Imitation the sincerest form of flattery? Perhaps so and we think it’s great!

Our new pals Brendan (Batman) and Finn (Robin) celebrated Finn’s 5th birthday with a spin in the Batmobile. Not only that, they made a very nice financial contribution to Make-A-Wish of Arizona in return for the wheels.

We hope you had a great birthday, Finn! If any of you other wanna be crimefighters would like to live out your good guy fantasy, let us know. For a contribution to charity, we can make it happen.
